Design and Drafting Services
Using the latest Solidworks 3D design software our team can design and draw your product / build based on your requirements and specifications. This way you get a visual concept and drawings of what will be produced taking away all the guess work.
Vehicle Body Manufacturing
Our experienced team of vehicle body builders have extensive industry knowledge and skillset which is evident in the quality of the end product.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our highly skilled sheet metal workers can custom make trade specific / customised tool cabinets and toolboxes as well as fabricate job specific components and carry out necessary repairs.
Auto Electrical
All of our auto electrical work is carried out in house by our team of highly experienced and qualified staff. We can cater to all of your needs whether it be additions such as auxiliary and emergency lighting, communications, trailer connections including electric brakes, aux battery and charging systems etc.
Hydraulics
We can supply and also fit – PTO’s, piston and gear pumps, hoists, power packs, hoses and fittings etc for applications such as tipping bodies, cranes and winches.
Painting
Our bodies are built to withstand the many testing environments they are subject to. The same goes with the paint work. All of our bodies are blasted, primed & 2 pac painted. Our highly skilled and experienced in house painter has been with us many years and with good reason. Our truck bodies may be made for hard work but when they leave our workshop they leave in showroom condition.
